Necromancer Skills - Factions Print E-mail

All skills are shown with minimum and maximum values. The minimum is with 0 points in the related attribute; the maximum is with 12 points in the related attribute.

It is possible to have more than 12 points in a given attribute, but values will need to be calculated on the 12-point figures given in the individual descriptions.

Blood Magic

Points in this attribute increase the duration and effectiveness of skills linked to Blood Magic (i.e., skills that require a sacrifice on the part of the caster).



Blood Bond - 5 1 2
Enchantment Spell. For (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds, target other ally gains +(Min: 1 - Max: 5) Health regeneration and you suffer -3 Health degeneration.



Blood Drinker - 5 2 8
Spell. If your health is above 50%, you begin Bleeding for 10 seconds. Steal up to (Min: 20 - Max: 56) health from target foe.



Cultist's Fervor (Elite) - 5 1 30
Elite Enchantment Spell. For (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds, your spells cost -7 energy to cast but you sacrifice (Min: 30 - Max: 18%) health each time you cast a spell.



Jaundiced Gaze - 10 1 2
Spell. Sacrifice 10% Health. If target foe has more health than you, you steal up to (Min: 18 - Max: 52) health. Otherwise, you deal (Min: 18 - Max: 52) damage.



Lifebane Strike - 10 2 8
Spell. Target foe takes (Min: 12 - Max: 41) shadow damage. If that foe's health is above 50%, you steal up to (Min: 12 - Max: 41) health.



Oppressive Gaze - 15 2 7
Spell. Target foe and adjacent foes take (Min: 5 - Max: 41) damage. Steal up to (Min: 15 - Max: 39) health from any who were suffering from weakness.



Spoil Victor (Elite) - 10 1 10
Elite Hex Spell. For (Min: 5 - Max: 17) second(s), whenever target foe attacks or casts a spell on a creature with less health that foe loses (Min: 25 - Max: 85) health.



Vampiric Bite - 15 ¾ 2
Spell. Touch target foe to steal up to (Min: 29 - Max: 65) health.



Vampiric Spirit (Elite) - 5 1 5
Elite Enchantment Spell. For (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds, your spells cost 3 more energy, but whenever you cast a spell you steal up to (Min: 5 - Max: 41) health from one nearby foe.



Vampiric Swarm - 15 3 10
Spell. Vampiric Swarm flies out slowly and steals up to (Min: 15 - Max: 51) Health from up to three foes in the area.



Wallow's Bite - 5 ¾ 3
Skill. Sacrifice 10% maximum Health. Target touched foe takes (Min: 20 - Max: 50) shadow damage.




Curses

Points in this attribute increase the duration and effectiveness of many Necromancer skills, especially those that reduce the target's effectiveness in battle.



Defile Enchantments - 10 2 15
Spell. Target foe and all nearby foes take (Min: 6 - Max: 49) shadow damage and (Min: 4 - Max: 17) shadow damage for each Enchantment on them.



Enfeebling Touch - 5 ¾ 5
Skill. Target touched foe loses (Min: 5 - Max: 41) Health and suffers from Weakness for (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds.



Order of Apostasy (Elite) - 25 2
Elite Enchantment Spell. For 5 seconds, whenever a party member hits a foe with pysical damage, that foe loses one Enchantment Spell. For each Monk Enchantment removed, you lose 25 - 17% Health.



Reckless Haste - 15 2 25
Hex Skill. For (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds, target foe and all adjacent foes are Hexed with Reckless Haste. While Hexed, they attack 25% faster, but have a (Min: 15% - Max: 43%) chance to miss with attacks.



Shivers of Dread - 10 2 15
Hex Skill. For (Min: 10 - Max: 34) seconds, whenever target foe is struck for cold damage while using a skill, that foe is interrupted and you lose 10 - 6 Energy or Shivers of Dread ends



Soul Bind (Elite) - 10 2 5
Elite Hex Spell. For (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds, target foe attacks 30% slower than normal. If that foe becomes the target of a Hex while attacking, that foe is knocked down.



Weaken Knees (Elite) - 5 1 5
Elite Hex Spell. For (Min: 3 - Max: 31) seconds, if target foe is struck while moving that foe is knocked down and Weaken Knees ends.



Well of Weariness - 10 1 5
Well Spell. Exploit target corpse to create a Well of Weariness for (Min: 10 - Max: 46) seconds. Enemies within the Well of Weariness suffer -1 Energy degeneration.




Death Magic

Points in this attribute increase the duration and effectiveness of skills linked to Death Magic (i.e., skills that animate and control undead, and those that cause cold or shadow damage).



Animate Flesh Golem (Elite) - 10 3 30
Elite Spell. Exploit nearest corpse to animate a level (Min: 3 - Max: 21) Flesh Golem. The Flesh Golem leaves an exploitable corpse. You can have only one Flesh Golem at a time.



Animate Vampiric Horror - 15 3 15
Spell. Exploit nearest corpse to animate a level (Min: 1 - Max: 14) vampiric horror. Whenever a vampiric horror you control deals damage, you gain the same amount of Health.



Bitter Chill - 5 1 10
Spell. Target foe is struck for (Min: 15 - Max: 51) cold damage. If that foe had more Health than you, Bitter Chill recharges instantly.



Discord (Elite) - 5 2 2
Elite Spell. If target foe is suffering from a Condition and under the effect of a Hex or an Enchantment, that foe suffers (Min: 30 - Max: 94) damage.



Fetid Ground - 10 ¾ 10
Spell. Target foe is struck for (Min: 15 - Max: 55) cold damage. If that foe is knocked down, that foe becomes Poisoned for (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds.



Rising Bile - 10 1 20
Hex Spell. For 20 seconds, this hex does nothing. When Rising Bile ends, that foe and all foes in the area take (Min: 1 - Max: 5) damage for each second Rising Bile was in effect.



Taste of Pain - 5 ¼ 10
Spell. If target foe is below 50% health, you gain (Min: 30 - Max: 126) health.



Vile Miasma - 10 1 15
Hex Spell. Target foe is struck for (Min: 10 - Max: 54) cold damage. If suffering from a Condition, that foe is hexed with Vile Miasma and suffers -(Min: 1 - Max: 3) Health degeneration for 10 seconds.




Soul Reaping

Primary Attribute (Available to Primary Necromancers only). Points in this attribute increase the amount of Energy a Necromancer gains from each death on the battlefield.



Icy Veins (Elite) - 10 1 5
Elite Skill. Target foe is struck for (Min: 10 - Max: 74) cold damage. For (Min: 10 - Max: 30) seconds, if target foe dies all nearby foes are struck for (Min: 20 - Max: 92) cold damage.



Wail of Doom (Elite) - 15 ¼ 15
Elite Spell. Sacrifice 10% Health, and target foe is interrupted. If target foe was attacking, all of that foe's attack skills are disabled for (Min: 5 - Max: 17) seconds.




No Attribute

Some skills in each profession are not directly tied to a character's attributes. Unlike other skills that can be improved with the application of points into a specific attribute, these skills do not change, but are static in their properties.



Gaze of Contempt - 10 1 25
Spell. If target foe has more than 50% health, that foe loses all enchantments.
